Well I'm not exactly sure what this thing is, but it is Made in America What I believe it is, is a Car Freshener?

You can't really see it here, but it is Made in America. This unique Item was found at Bath and Body Works I actually found a couple things there so you can definitely find stuff there you just have to look.
